Volunteers Needed

WE NEED YOUR HELP

We are in need of parent volunteers in many different areas of the dance.

Below is a list of several areas that are in need of help:

Costume Party Judges:

5 parent volunteers and 1 faculty member are needed for each party.

Registration:

Volunteers are needed on Friday evening from 4:45 – 7:00 to help register students for the dance.

Room Monitors:

Parent volunteers are needed at various times during the dance to monitor the rooms.

Friday – March 2nd Saturday – March 3rd

5:45 – 7:00 PM 4:00 – 7:15 AM

9:10 – 9:30 PM 9:35 – 10:00 AM

10:30 – 11:45 PM 11:00 – 12:15 PM

1:20 – 1:45 PM

2:45 – 2:55 PM

4:00 – 5:15 PM

Kitchen Help:

Parents are needed to help prepare and serve the food to the students at different times.

Snack Bar:

Helpers are needed throughout the dance.
