Volunteer Registration

All SHMD staff (volunteers and current SGFCSD employees) must register through the system at the link below to receive a SHMD ID badge, as well as if they are serving in a role which requires a background check. Deadline to register is Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Any staff who will be in the building when it is not open to the public (ex: overnight).

Any staff who will need to access areas of the building which are not open to the public.  The only areas considered open to the public are the gyms and gym lobby areas, during the specified times.

Anyone who is acting as a representative and collecting items/donations on behalf of SHMD.

Current SGFCSD employees will not undergo a background check but will still register through this system to receive a SHMD ID badge.

When registering, item #3 will require "School Selection".  Current SGFCSD employees should select that option.  Non-SGFCSD staff should select the Volunteer option.
